Origins of SHEisDOPE
SHEisDOPE was formed by Amber Chanel in 2017 to celebrate talented women globally. Amber is a creative based in Atlanta and she developed the idea of SHEisDOPE by watching her peers’ journeys on social media. It was inspiring to witness women that she grew up with chase their dreams and find success. That’s how it started, but today, God is the center of the blog, who is responsible for our gifts.
Proverbs 3:5-6 states, “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Therefore, SHEisDOPE will be a vessel to connect the world to God, and uplift, too.
